Offset

Using new (modern) plate technology and Electron beam curing, designs are transferred onto you’re the appropriate substrates (packaging,) creating efficient, accurate and high definition colour printing to create very high quality printed (creating crisp colours to provide professional) packaging. Much like digital printing, offset printing offers no further plate or cylinder costs other than for a backing white if required and is ideal for medium volume print runs. Depending upon the size of the pack, there is an option to print 2 designs (in the same run).

As a composite run Offset provides the perfect “bridge” in run length from Digital to Flexo as designs become more established and volumes grow. Whilst there is a significant advantage with the virtual zero reproduction costs, this is revolutionary in the flexible packaging market.
